Salary: Basic salary 6.000-7.000 AED + bonuses after probation period.

Role Summary:
As a L2 technical support specialist, you will be responsible for providing advanced technical support and troubleshooting services for Callgear’s products and services. The main challenge is to act as an escalation point for L1 support, taking ownership of more complex customer issues and ensuring timely resolution.
Key Responsibilities:

Analysis, assessment and troubleshooting for escalated complex issues from L1 support.

Diagnostics and troubleshooting challenges related to software, integrations, API and databases.

Collaborating with development and engineering teams to investigate complex incidents.

Configuration, testing and support of internal systems and services.

Creating and maintaining complete documentation of internal troubleshooting documentation (detected errors, solutions and manuals) and technical knowledge base articles.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Experience in L2 technical support.

In-depth knowledge of servers, databases (SQL), API and network protocols.

Experience working with Linux and Windows.

Experience with monitoring and logging systems (for example, Grafana, Kibana, Zabbix).

Understanding the principles of the REST API and experience working with Postman.

Ability to analyze logs, detect errors and propose solutions.
Required language skills:

English: Upper intermediate+ (required)

Russian (preferred)
