Middle-Head Media Buying with IGaming Experience

We are actively expanding into media buying and are looking for an experienced Media Buyer who can take full ownership of the process in the initial stages and later assemble and lead a team.

Responsibilities:

• Organizing the team's work and internal processes;
• Increasing traffic and managing acquisition efficiency;
• Traffic analysis and ROI optimization;
• Searching for new traffic sources;
• Developing new strategies to improve click-through rates and conversions;
• Managing creatives: analyzing the effectiveness of different creatives;
• Optimizing key metrics (CPA, ROI, CTR, conversions);
• Analyzing competitors’ activities and proposing strategic solutions;
• Being responsible for the growth of key performance indicators and department profitability, planning strategic steps;
• Participating in PnL formation and departmental budget planning.

Our Expectations:

• At least 3 years of experience in the gambling vertical;
• Experience managing large budgets ($30,000+);
• Strong analytical skills and experience working with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Power BI, etc.);
• Understanding of key performance metrics used in media buying (CPA, ROI, CTR, conversions);
• Solid economic knowledge (e.g., understanding how PnL is formed, experience in its development and optimization);
• English proficiency at A2 level or higher.
