Обязанност
  • Market Expansion: Identify, develop, and maintain business relationships with clients in targeted export regions.
  • Sales & Revenue Growth: Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets through direct sales and distributor management.
  • Client Management: Provide technical guidance, product recommendations, and after-sales support to customers.
  • Lead Generation: Identify new business opportunities through market research, trade shows, and networking.
  • Export & Logistics Coordination: Work closely with logistics teams to ensure smooth order processing and timely deliveries.
  • Reporting & Strategy: Prepare sales forecasts, performance reports, and market analysis for management.
  • Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all transactions comply with international trade regulations and company policies.
Требования:
  • Travel as required for business development, client meetings, and market expansion.
  • Submit daily sales reports with accurate and transparent information.
  • Maintain honesty and sincerity in all business dealings, ensuring trust and long-term relationships with clients.

Условия:

  • Travel Expense Coverage:

    • The company will cover all travel expenses related to business trips within Russia and CIS countries.
    • Reimbursement will be provided only upon submission of valid receipts/vouchers for expenses incurred.
    • Travel must be pre-approved by the management before making bookings.
  • Discipline & Punctuality:

    • The employee is expected to maintain a high level of discipline and professionalism at all times.
    • Punctuality is essential for all meetings, client visits, and reporting deadlines.
    • Any misconduct or repeated tardiness may result in disciplinary action.
  • Language Proficiency:

    • The employee must be fluent in both English and Russian for effective communication with clients and internal teams.
  • Industry Knowledge:

    • Prior experience or knowledge of the packaging industry (especially in pharmaceutical and food & beverage sectors) will be considered a strong advantage.
  • Sales Commission:

    • The employee will receive a sales commission on every successful sale made.
    • The commission structure will be discussed and agreed upon separately.
    • Sales must be properly documented and approved to qualify for commission payouts.
