We are inviting a Junior system administrator to join our product team that is creating a next-generation eCommerce intelligence service for retailers and manufacturers. We will be happy to welcome new team members who are not afraid of non-trivial tasks, can offer non-standard technical solutions, and take initiative.

Working conditions:

• Working hours from 9:00 to 18:00 (office)
• Location: Minsk

What the employee has to do:

• Technical support for employees: onboarding new employees, creating accounts, granting rights and licenses, resolving current issues
• Provision of equipment: initial setup of workstations, diagnostics, processing requests, drawing up procurement plans
• Support for the functioning of the office IT infrastructure: servers, network, workstations, peripherals
• Documentation: working in the bug-tracking system (Jira), creating and updating instructions (Confluence), accounting for equipment and licenses

• Skills and experience with Windows (Windows 10/11, Server 2016, Active Directory) and MacOS
• Knowledge and understanding of the 7-layer OSI model, Ethernet, IP, TCP, UDP protocols
• Basic understanding of the virtualization technologies
• Skills and experience of working with Unix systems (mainly Linux) are desirable
• English at the level of correspondence with native speakers
