Today, our company proudly covers well-known casino brands such as N1 Casino, N1 Bet, Slot Hunter and Joo Casino, along with betting and affiliate programs. We operate under respected licenses from Malta and Curaçao, as well as country licenses, and are actively expanding our projects in Nigeria, Serbia and Greece with 'white' licenses.

Main Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement retention strategies to strengthen customer loyalty.

• Use CRM tools to segment audiences and conduct targeted campaigns.

• Analyze data to identify trends and insights that contribute to improving customer retention.

• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to enhance the customer experience.

• Conduct campaigns aimed at retaining existing customers.

• Monitor key performance indicators related to customer retention.

Requirements:

• Experience in a similar position in the gambling industry (minimum 5 years) with target markets (Serbia, Nigeria, Greece).

• Outstanding analytical abilities and effective data interpretation skills.

• Good English skills, Russian is highly desirable

• Excellent communication and leadership qualities.

• A proven track record of developing successful retention strategies.

• Experience in managing teams and maintaining a high level of employee motivation.

• Knowledge of legislation and compliance standards in the gambling sector.
