The ITMS Technical Representative will serve as the main technical liaison for the ITMS project in Uganda, ensuring effective implementation, operation, and support of ITMS technology solutions.
Key responsibilities:

technical support and Implementation;
-
oversee deployment and configuration of ITMS solutions:
-
provide technical support and troubleshoot issues.
Client engagement:
-
serve as the primary contact for technical queries;
-
supervise after training sessions and assist in gathering of stakeholders feedback for local product development team.
Project management:
-
collaborate with the Project Manager on deliverables;
-
monitor project timelines and maintain documentation;
-
be an advisor for the local on-field teams on installation, calibration, setting up tasks (as internal teams, as for subcontractor).
Quality assurance:
-
conduct system checks and audits:
-
recommend enhancements for reliability and security.
Stakeholder coordination:
-
coordinate with local teams, vendors, and international ITMS teams.
Educational background:
-
bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or related field.
Technical expertise:
-
proficient in IT systems deployment, networking, and troubleshooting;
-
knowledge of database management and cloud technologies.
Professional experience:
-
minimum 3 years in technical roles, preferably in IT projects.
Soft skills:
-
strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Additional requirements:

willingness to travel within Uganda;
-
fluency in English.
