Location: Nuriston, Nishon district, Kaskadarya region
Job Purpose:
To assist in the procurement, logistics, and inventory management processes to ensure the timely and cost-effective supply of materials, equipment, and services required for smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in collecting and consolidating material requirements from various departments.
- Prepare and process purchase requests and purchase orders under supervision.
- Communicate with suppliers for quotations, lead times, and order status.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, suppliers, and inventory transactions.
- Support in vendor evaluations and performance monitoring.
- Assist in tracking and expediting deliveries to ensure timely receipt of goods.
- Coordinate with warehouse personnel to confirm receipt and quality of delivered items.
- Ensure compliance with internal procurement policies and procedures.
- Participate in regular reporting and documentation of supply activities.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in the supply chain process.
Requirements:
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration.
Experience:
- Internship or coursework in procurement/supply chain/logistics is an advantage.
- Fresh graduates are welcome.
Skills:
- Basic knowledge of procurement processes and supply chain principles.
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel, Word and Power Point).
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
Languages:
- Uzbek – proficient, Russian – proficient, English – C1 or above
